Father Nix has graciously accepted an invitation to post on this blog on a more frequent basis. His schedule now allows more time for him to do so, and as such I am very happy to have him write about our faith, tradition, and the Holy Sacrifice Of The Mass. This brings us to his initial post which is about Offering Mass inside a building that was an Abortion clinic (death camp). I do need to add a caveat that he speaks very plainly and there is one picture that is very hard to see, but see it we must as it is the truth of what is occurring today.
Please use discretion and prudence in the sharing of this blog post.
Additionally, a little bit later today the Litany Of The Most Precious Blood will be posted shortly. Please take time to pray that litany and that God will have mercy on this country and on His people.
Abortion and the Most Precious Blood
I first met “pro-life Rich” on the stairs of a Church in the Midwest two years ago. I immediately knew there was something different about him from most of the pro-life superstars I have met: Rich sees abortion the least unlike how God sees it, I can only speculate. This is because Rich sees it as the greatest mass-murder in history. Ok, so many of us in the pro-life movement see this too, but Rich is different insofar as he actually lives as if his own children were night and day being killed.
Because as a Catholic—they are. Rich is the father of 11 children biological children but somehow makes time to spend every waking moment shutting down abortion mills. (Clinics help people, so we can’t use the term “clinic.”)
To understand Rich’s passion, we have to return to 1980s Baton Rouge. There, a smattering of abortion “Death Camps” as Rich says, were under the company title “Delta.” During 38 years of operation, just one of these centers had done 20,000 surgical abortions.
Reflect on the fact that each one of these was a fully living baby, ripped limb to limb, sometimes crying in his or her mother’s womb. Rich estimates the actual number of murders in that single building was close to 30,000 surgical abortions. The babies were ground into the garbage disposal, and the blood of the babies can still be seen caked to the piping under the sink.
Rich began daily prayer and sacrifice there in 1986 and prayed for eight years at Delta. He was arrested seven times and sent twice to jail for peaceful sit-ins. (Don’t worry. I won’t get him on any government lists. We’re already on them.)
1994 arrives and his prayers paid off: Rich found a glitch in the system, for pursuant to a Writ of Levy and Writ of Execution Seizure by the Federal Government, Rich was able to purchase the Delta Death Camp at a Federal Auction. He immediately made the “medical” staff evacuate.
The reign of terror at the Death Camp ended. 30,000 abortions would not become 40,000. At least, not on Rich’s turf.
Rich quickly took the “Delta” sign down and put up his new sign, “American Holocaust Memorial,” a memorial to the American holocaust through which he has brought 15,000 students since 1994.
Despite his heroism, Rich will be the first to tell you that there is only one thing will stop abortion: The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with priestly martyrs in the pro-life movement. He will follow priests to this martyrdom. White? He’s already there. Red? He hopes for it.
On this feast of the Most Precious Blood, we must start with the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Hebrews: “Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins.”—Heb 9:22. Old Testament sacrifices could not cleanse the conscience, but they could sanctify for the purification of the flesh. This is because life and death are in the blood. Blood is life: Hemoglobin takes oxygen to all 37 trillion cells of the human body through the blood.
Blood is death and sin: Think of how many deadly STDs come into the blood through sexual sin. Think of how much blood in abortion is shed because of sexual sin. Below is the floor of the American Holocaust Memorial. Rich mopped up all the blood, but one giant streak of baby’s blood never came up, despite repeated mopping. Rich believes that God wants the blood to remain on the floor of his Memorial center as a testimony to the fact that God Himself has not forgotten these children:
The Mass is the same thing: The separation of the body and the blood of an innocent victim. The Innocent Victim. Even the Eastern Fathers of the Church recognize that the nature of the sacrifice of the Mass comes from the dual consecration and the separation of the body and the blood. “The priest sunders with unbloody cut the body and blood of the Lord, using his voice as a sword.”—St. Gregory Nazienzen. In other words, the priest’s voice separates the body and the blood. The crucifixion was not finished until the blood had poured totally out of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
When the final water and blood had been separated from the body of Jesus on the cross, the sacrifice was finished even though the Paschal mystery would not be completed until the Ascension. So also, the Mass is the same single sacrifice as Calvary, perpetuated through time without losing it’s magnitude or purpose: The separation of the body and the blood of the God-man, followed by the communion of the very Resurrected body of Christ to the faithful who are prepared to receive such a gift as God-Himself.
That is why the Mass is the only thing that will serve as expiation for the blood of the 1.5 million killed surgically every year in the United States and about half a billion children killed yearly from oral contraceptives around the world. (Remember that half the time the Oral Contraceptive works by preventing fertilization and the other half is preventing implantation. The latter is murder, and it is estimated worldwide to be about 500,000,000 a year.)
Up to meeting Rich, I had offered Mass in front of two abortion mills, as I want to dedicate my life to the pro-life movement. But Rich is the first to bring me inside a former death camp to offer the Holy Sacrifice. But during the Mass in the photo, there in the abortion center, just before my threefold priestly Domine, non sum dignus, I found myself paralyzed because all I saw in my mind’s eye was the nine month old baby killed in a video that Rich made me watch on my way in.
This baby was bigger than my niece who was born two weeks ago. When I regained my composure, I felt only shame at doing so little to end abortion, and yet determination to do more. First, I realized that what I was doing (the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass) was the only thing that could make full reparation for the shedding of the innocent blood of babies upon which I was standing. Why? Because Christ’s blood was the only blood ever more innocent than that of these children.
The Most Precious Blood of Our Savior was separated from Jesus’ body in an unbloody sacrifice in that “Death Camp” that very day at Mass, but this was not wholly unlike the blood that was separated from the innocent babies meters. The instruments of their passion are two pictures above. “What you did to the least…” Yes, this is Jesus re-crucified.
Only the blood of a God-man could be divine enough to make reparation for such indescribable sins of abortion, but human enough to recapitulate within it the children who died physically and the mothers who died spiritually. And yes, there is enough grace flowing from the sacrifice of Calvary into the sacrament of Confession for Jesus to forgive even this sin against Jesus Himself:
Yes. This is really happening in this country.
But realize that Catholic theology teaches us that the most powerful thing against both demons and sins of impurity is the same: The Most Precious Blood of Jesus.
On this feast day of the Precious Blood, we must realize at what cost it is still poured out. We beg God that as a country, three days before our Independence, God might end our Independence from Him by reconciling us to Him, via the only thing that can: The Precious Blood of His Son, poured out and given in every Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
Father God, I pour over this country your Son’s Most Precious Blood, to deliver her from the overtaking demons of abortion and impurity. And I know you will answer your Son’s offering Himself to You in the Mass.
I would follow Rich to the gates of hell to end abortion…but now that I think about it: We are there every time we pray at the other Delta Death Camps still open in Baton Rouge. Rich had me exorcise one such clinic, holding his above cross. Yes,
I would follow Rich to the gates of hell because he may be the most courageous man I know. But he insists that the martyrdom needed to topple the reign of death in the USA must be led by priest-martyrs.
As Christ the head has died once, so also must the mystical body play her part to end the greatest killing in history, a blood that (I’m sorry to say) we all have on our hands, even pro-lifers like me. There is no “us/them” in God’s judgment of nations in the Bible. We are all guilty of this holocaust. Yet, I believe that just three American white or red martyrs like Rich might very well end the diabolical possession of abortion. I am at the point that I think that possession can be the only explanation for a formerly-rational country to justify the unending nightmare of abortion.
The walls of Jericho were filled with the bones of unborn babies that had been sacrificed to demons. For the modern day mission, we have the arc of the covenant, Our Lady of Guadelupe. As Joshua enrolled priests to take down the culture of death, so Rich is recruiting such priests to nothing less than red martyrdom for the end of abortion. This is not an exagerration. Like the women Carmelites who ended the French Revolution by their peaceful and willing offering to the guillotine, Rich and I are convinced that only martyrs of peace and love will exorcise (literally exorcise) this country of the demons that have blinded her to the greatest holocaust in the history of the world. The education is out there, and people still choose death.
As July is the month of the Precious Blood, let us continually ask Jesus to pour His blood upon our country, even to raise a few heroes. Everyone is called to pray and fast, but maybe a few are called to echo the Apostle: “For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus ‘sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So death is at work in us, but life in you.”—2 Cor 4:11-12. Priests, are there any who wish to carry this cross to Jericho with us? At least, please fill your free Mass intentions for the end of abortion. The Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is indeed assured, but the speed of her arrival surely must depend on your courage and generosity.
