Traditional Catholic Real Presence Of Jesus In Eucharist

transubThe heart of our Catholic faith is Jesus/God, truly present in the Holy Eucharist or in what we also call, Holy Communion in the Holy Mass and in the tabernacles of the Catholic churches.  That is why we are so adamant about the Latin Mass where the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ are so guarded against even a crumb or a drop are to fall on the ground or to be treated without respect.  5 - Adoration of the Eucharist, by Jeronimo Jacinto Espinosa, 1650

I brought a fallen away Catholic back to the Church simply by studying with her, and our Bible study group the Church Fathers ancient documents showing that they all believed in the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.  So I want to share a web site that all of you can go and read what the earliest Catholic Christians believed about the true presence.  It is  You can direct your Catholic and protestant friends to this site, or you can copy and send it to them.  Here is the list they have.  I may put out a few at a time everyday.

  1. Father only one thing I would disagree with and that is the word miracles of the Eucharist they are all facts plain and simple Christ truly present is the one thing unbelievers detest as you being in the front line well and truly know . I attend Mass which you would call new mass I definitely think that most of us who attend new mass would prefer to receive the Body and Blood kneeling down and to receive on the toungue . God Bless and take care.

    1. There is an old story of a Protestant who said that if he believed Christ was really present in bread and wine, he would crawl on his hands and knees to meet Him as often as he could.

If you believe Christ is really present in the New Order Mass, then no one has a right to deny you the reverence Christ deserves by falling on your knees before Him and receiving Him worthily on your tongue.
