In the Exorcism Prayer by Pope Leo XIII there is plenty about satan and all the evil spirits. But, the reason he had this prayer put together was so that they would be crushed and the Holy Catholic Church would thrive.
We see this is the part where the prayer reminds the devil and us, about what Jesus said in Matthew 16:16. “He who has built His Church on the form rock and declared that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Her.” “Because He will dwell with Her all days, even to the end of the world.” Matthew 28:20.
In this prayer we are also reminded of Mary’s powerful role to command the devil and how she crushes his proud head from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception.
Besides praying for all mankind, this prayer especially prays that the devil will stop harming the church and hindering her liberty. The devil is reminded that the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church was acquired by Christ at the price of HIs Blood.
In the prayers at the end of the Latin Mass, again we pray for “the liberty and exaltation of our Holy Mother the Church.”
All of these prayers were promulgated by Pope Leo XIII because he saw the masons and other evil servants of the devil trying to destroy the Catholic Church, acquired by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
Here is a picture of some of the masons from Irapuato Guanajuato who were behind the attempt to destroy the Catholic Church in Mexico 1926-33. People still believe it is only a conspiracy theory. This picture is no illusion, these are real masonic men. These prayers are now only rarely prayed by those who do not go to the Latin Mass. And for this reason and because of the lack of saying the Latin Mass, we see the self destruction of the Holy Catholic Church.
But the remnant, you and I, still pray and stay faithful. And we have the joy of knowing that, no matter what ever is happening, God will never ever abandon us. Jesus will be with us until the consummation of the world and time. For this reason, we are so blessed to be traditional Catholics.
