After the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with my friends from the Shrine of the Most Holy Sacrament we headed north to Kentucky to be with Fr. Shannon and Fr. Sean in Kentucky. It is with great joy that we can be with priest and laity who are so much in love with Jesus and want to serve His Church. They are so concerned as to what is happening to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. But they are not just concern, but doing a great deal about it. How encouraging it is to see prayers and work they are doing to have the Holy Latin Mass.
Before we left Alabama, we were invited to a family that live right near the Shrine to see a chapel they have built on their property. Their son wants to be a priest and has already purchased all the vestments necessary for the Holy Latin Mass. Pray for George to become a holy priest. Pray for vocations to the priesthood, but like Mother Theresa said, not just priest, but HOLY priest.
